ICT makes it possible through different tools such as informative tools, communicative tools and constructive tools. With the ever-growing need for digital competency we must use the different types of ICT tools to make learning more engaging, fun and understandable.

As an informative tool, ICT allows students to gain vast amounts of knowledge through the internet, educational websites, e-books and social media. It allows students to explore topics beyond what is already put in the textbooks, it helps in deepening their understanding and encourages independent learning which allows students to learn at their own pace. It also supports different learning styles and preferences which contributes to catering to the individual needs of students,

As a communicative tool, ICT fosters interaction and collaboration amongst students, teachers, and the communities. Through communicative tools like emails, social media and Google classroom. It allows the learners to exchange ideas, seek feedback, and work on collaborative projects without the need of being face to face. It promotes not only a deeper understanding of the subject matter but also helps in the development of essential communication and teamwork skills. Teachers are also able to assign tasks more easily through the communicative tools and it also helps students to work at their own pace by referring to the shared materials through the communicative tools,

As a constructive tool, ICT allows students to actively build knowledge or build new knowledge on top of prior knowledge through creative expression and exploration of knowledge using the constructive tools. Constructive tools provide a space for students to produce new content, analyze information, and visualize complex concepts. Some examples of Constructive tools include applications like word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft publisher and c-mapping. Constructive tools also enables students to take ownership of their own learning by exploring information on their own and building knowledge at their own pace. As a future teacher I could use the constructive tools to design interactive and fun lessons.

In summary, ICT is a powerful tool which can provide us with vast capabilities to support creativity, make interactive and fun lessons. It transforms the classroom into a dynamic, interactive, and free space that prepares learners in accordance to the demands of the 21st century.
